I’m thinking of moving from Canada to Arizona, buying a condo and retiring there….What do I need to do to be able to live in the USA if anything?

The most important requirement is capacity to pay all the needs of an emigrant.

   I dont think you can do that.

   You will be too old, (there are age restrictions) and you have no useful skills that are in demand. also your health has to be perfect and you will have to spend your pension (if you can get it) in health insurance.

   Can your pension or CPP be sent to you anywhere in the world?

   I do not think so. I think you can only get it if you are residing in Canada.
