Looking at purchasing a Mobile home in Arizona or Texas, im only 45 so im not sure if there is any parks that have a middle age residence ? , plan on golfing during the winters untill I retire in 10 years and am just looking for a good area to invest or should I buy a travel trailer to start and just go to campgrounds ??

there are lots of parks like that in "mesa" etc. cater to seniors…with pools and golfings \
(don’t know much about texas but have been to arizona and sublet a few times over winter months and i love the golfing ones as well).
so maybe try a sublet over the winter and see what you like first.

actually the zoning laws allow book clubs but not for religous purpose
they specifically forbid Bible studies in private homes or any religous meeting

Town laws do no govern activities in private homes unless those activities are against the law. Whatever town this is has no jurisdiction about where book clubs meet and what books are discussed unless those books are legally banned, possession of them being against the town’s law.

If, however, the book club is part of a school activity, and the town runs the school district, the book club’s discussion of the Bible becomes a school-endorsed activity which is out of the school’s control because it’s in somebody’s house, where they have no authority. For that reason, they might not permit such a book club to discuss the Bible, or other religious materials, in meetings in people’s homes.

Is that a constitutionally appropriate use of zoning laws
In this Arizona town you can do whatev you want in your home EXCEPT have any kind of religious meeting…. although some of those football meetings sound like the fans use religous language when they score big
