no as long as you dont smoke any weed out of it before hand. keep it brand new if the cops find ANY residue on the bong they CAN charge you for possesion even if its only res. dont say its a bong either as bongs ARE ILLEGAL ANYWHERE in the us. just refer to it as all the smoke shops who sell them refer to it.

When you get into the state of Arizona dial 511 from your cell phone and that number will give you road conditions and every thing you need to know.
I don’t want to travel too far, but I didn’t know if there were any fun towns across the border that were close.
If you want to do something different that’s off the well-trodden path, go to Palomas, Mexico. It’s about 6 hours southeast of Phoenix, and it is across from Columbus, New Mexico. The town has places that sell prescription eyeglasses that are REALLY cheap! There’s also great shopping! If you want to avoid the normal high pressure sales that you expect in Mexico, go to the Pink Store. They have a great variety of things to choose from, and they sell awesome souvenirs. The Pink Store has a great restaurant too! You also get a free margarita just for shopping there. I would highly recommend checking it out!
Visiting Arizona from Chicago? This travel spot highlights the variety that Arizona has to offer, from the Grand Canyon to shopping in downtown Scottsdale. And although we love the ‘other’ cities featured in the spots, the concept was to encourage the desire of Chicagoans to visit (or revisit) the Grand Canyon State. With the Cubs and the Sox here for Spring Training, Arizona really is like a second home anyway.
