April 42010

Yeah I went there fuck that school. Piss tests and desert work detail. I did more drugs there than I did at home.

what are good sites to see in tuscon, arizona??

April 22010

It really depends on what you find interesting. I have an interest in the aerospace industry so when I pass through there, I like to go to the PIMA air museum, Davis Monthan tour and the Titan missle base museum south of Tucson.

jobs in tuscon arizona?

March 312010

how big is tuscon and is there really work there. i hear there is alot of work there compared to most states. im in micigan, our unemployment rate is at 18%, ad arizona is only at 7 %…..

Jobs seem pretty sucky here to me, but I guess compared to 18% it must not be that bad! I’m in Phoenix though and there is far more here than Tuscon, Tuscon is like podunk town in the desert with a University. Besides the University there is really not much. Look into Phoenix, and if you like the snow that you have in Michigan, look into Flagstaff Arizona, it’s 2 hours north of Phoenix and they get snow in the winter.

About to travel to Tuscon, Arizona.?

March 272010

It is late February, early march and I am going to Tuscon Arizona. What should I pack in terms of clothing, should I expect hot weather, or cold weather. And what are some attractions in Tuscon that would be fun to go to. Any Nature areas?

I suppose it depends on where you are coming from as to how warm it will seem to you. I live here and am used to it, although I might wear short sleeve shirts, I am not yet wearing shorts. Saguaro National Park is right on the outskirts of Tucson, most people enjoy that. There is also the Tucson Botanical Gardens. Mt Lemon Ski area is very close by. You might also enjoy Old Tucson Studios where many western movies have been filmed. Have a good time!

Can you grow Mexican Cypress trees in the Phoenix/Tuscon area of Arizona?

March 252010

I have only found one website that says so, otherwise I can not find information on this. Thanks

Yes you can as long as you are either close to a pond that’s pure or can supply enough water for the cypress .

Tucson Arizona siren graveyard

March 242010

I pretty much explain everything in the video. When the city of Tucson removed there sirens, this is where they went. Now they just sit here and rot. The pile consists of SD-10′s and thunderbolt 1000′s.

I just wish there were more folks around here who loved sirens as much as I do. Then we could give a few of the old beasts a proper and caring home.

I counted at least 14 sirens. There may be more buried underneath the others, Its hard to tell.

EDIT: After having so many people asking me for the exact location I though I should add this here.

If you go to www.googlemaps.com and enter these coordinates in to the search bar, it will show you exactly where this place is.
