LOL, what a stupid … LOL, what a stupid statement… Nobody’s talking about producing nukes for sale within or outside of the state of Arizona. This is about whether or not the federal government has any say in the production and sale of light bulbs within the state and whether or not the Commerce Clause comes into play in a situation where a bulb is made from materials procured in Arizona and sold only in Arizona, never crossing state or international borders. The fact that nukes were brought up is laughable.
Sen. Frank Antenori reasons that if light bulbs can be made and manufactured by any means within the state then, by gum, so can nuclear warheads.
